I am an avid badminton player myself, based in the UK. Although I only started playing when I was 18 I grew to love the sport and was lucky enough to find clubs and coaches since then who have helped me grow as a player. I would like to share some of these experiences with you and some of the discussions I’ve had with other players as I feel it’s interesting to see the differences in people’s perspectives.
